Transactional-focused email API from ActiveCampaign with separate message streams; US-hosted, no EU region.

For transactional senders, three plan families, Basic, Pro and Platform, share the same volume steps from 10k to 1.5M, and Basic is the cheapest at every volume, with Pro and Platform adding features. Overage on Basic is $1.80 per 1k, or $1.70 from 300k, which is high next to Resend or SparkPost at $0.90 or less. Dedicated IPs start at $50 a month and need 300k+ emails a month on Pro or higher. Data is hosted in the US with no EU option.
