Amazon Route 53

AWS's managed authoritative DNS service, billed per hosted zone and per query with no plan fee.

Most at home in AWS accounts, where alias queries to resources such as ELB, CloudFront and S3 are free. Otherwise the bill is per hosted zone ($0.50/month for the first 25, $0.10 after) plus $0.40 per million standard queries, with latency-based routing at $0.60/M and geolocation at $0.70/M. There is no plan fee, and for EU residency it runs in the AWS European Sovereign Cloud partition in Germany with dedicated name servers.
