Akamai Edge DNS

Akamai's anycast authoritative DNS service, sold through sales-negotiated contracts.

Bought through an Akamai sales contract rather than a sign-up form, Edge DNS has no public list price. The only published figures are CIS CyberMarket's discounted rates for US public-sector buyers, from $120/mo for 1 zone to $2,650/mo for 500 zones, with the DNSSEC option roughly doubling that. Set against Route 53's $0.50 per zone or the free plans at Cloudflare and Hetzner, it is a different kind of purchase.
