Oracle's cloud. Flexible VM shapes at half hyperscaler prices, the same price in every region, and 10 TB of free egress a month.

Worth a look for workloads that move a lot of data, because the first 10 TB of egress each month is free from North America and Europe and the rest costs $0.0085/GB. Flex shapes are billed per OCPU-hour and per GB-hour at the same price in every commercial region, and public IPv4 addresses are free. Block storage is extra and there are no public reserved-instance discounts, but the Always Free tier is permanent, unlike the time-limited credits from AWS and Azure.
