GitLab CI (GitLab.com hosted runners)
GitLab.com's built-in CI with hosted runners; compute minutes included per tier, extra minutes sold in packs.
Teams hosting code on GitLab.com get CI inside the seat licence: Premium at $29/user/month includes 10,000 compute minutes, and the quote-only Ultimate 50,000. Extra minutes are $10 per 1,000, but the runner's cost factor matters more, since medium burns minutes at 2x and 2xlarge at 12x the small runner's rate. Projects in the GitLab for Open Source program get a 0.5 cost factor. EU data residency is only available through GitLab Dedicated on contract.
