RunsOn
Self-hosted GitHub Actions runners deployed in your own AWS account; flat yearly licence plus AWS compute at cost (spot).
Teams that want runners inside their own AWS account pay a flat yearly licence plus AWS compute at cost. Licences run from €300 a year (up to 50k runners a month) to €3,600, so the per-minute cost is mostly the AWS bill, about $0.0008/min for a 2 vCPU spot instance, the lowest in this category. Spot prices vary, on-demand instances cost roughly 2-3x more, and the control plane adds about $7/month. Sold from France and deployable in any AWS region, it suits teams needing EU residency.

Managed alternatives
At 50,000 Linux build minutes / month. Adjust usage and requirements.
RunsOn has no bill to estimate: you pay for the servers, storage and time to run it. The cheapest managed option here is Ubicloud (GitHub Actions runners) at $720/yr, so running RunsOn yourself saves money only if hosting and upkeep stay below about $60 a month.
