Blacksmith runs your existing GitHub Actions workflows. A 2-vCPU runner costs $0.004/min on x64 or $0.0025 on ARM, after 3,000 free minutes each month. Docker layer caching, sticky disks and static IPs cost extra. Each organization uses one region; ask support to move it to Amsterdam or Frankfurt if you need EU hosting.
