SuperTokens (managed)
Managed core for the open-source SuperTokens auth framework. Free under 5,000 MAU, then $0.02 per MAU; enterprise SSO via sales.
Small apps run free on the managed core until 5,000 MAU, but the allowance is not deducted once crossed: the page's own example bills all 5,000 at $0.02 each. That flat rate matches Clerk's first overage band, with volume discounts above 10k MAU on request. MFA and account linking are paid add-ons with $100/month minimums, and enterprise SAML SSO goes through sales. Managed cores can sit in US East, Europe (Ireland) or Singapore, and the same framework can be self-hosted.
