Pro is $25/month ($20 billed annually) with 50,000 monthly retained users (MRU) included; a user only counts if they come back at least a day after signing up. Graduated MRU overage of $0.02 (50k-100k), $0.018 (100k-1M), $0.015 (1M-10M) and $0.012 above 10M; the volume bands are modelled as separate plans with the lower bands folded into plan_month. Enterprise SSO: 1 connection per app included on Pro and Business, then $75/month each for connections 2-15 and $60 for 16-100 (also folded into the 16+ plans). Business ($300/month, $250 annually) adds SOC 2 report, priority support and 10 seats at the same usage prices, so it is never cheaper. Add-ons: Enhanced B2B Authentication and Enhanced Administration at $100/month each ($85 annually). MFA is included from Pro. Data is hosted in the US only; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and a DPA.
