Billing by average daily active user means the cost depends on how often people log in, not only how many there are. Production is $770/year and Growth $9,350/year, each with monthly usage credit, then $0.14 or $0.12 per aDAU; users active every day cost about 7.5 times the calculator's estimate, which assumes 4 active days a month. There is no free production tier, Growth offers SSO over OIDC only, and SAML SSO and SCIM require Enterprise. The Apache-2.0 servers can be self-hosted free instead.
