ElevenLabs' Scribe v2 speech-to-text API, billed per hour pay-as-you-go or from hours included in monthly subscription plans.
Mostly of interest to teams already using ElevenLabs for voice, since Scribe v2 costs $0.22/hour whether you pay as you go or subscribe. The subscriptions include hours at exactly that rate, so they save nothing for transcription alone; Scribe v2 Realtime costs $0.39/hour, and keyterm prompting and transcript editing are paid add-ons. Data is stored in the US by default, with EU residency reserved for Enterprise, whereas AssemblyAI and Deepgram offer EU endpoints.

Add-ons: keyterm prompting +$0.05/hour and transcript editing +$0.07/hour (Realtime: +$0.08 and +$0.12). Subscriptions (Starter $6, first month $1; Creator $22, first month $11; Pro $99; Scale $299; Business $990) include 27/100/450/1,359/4,500 Scribe hours, which is the same $0.22/hour, so they save nothing over pay-as-you-go for transcription alone; additional usage is billed at the same rate (usage-based billing is listed from Creator up, so Starter is modelled as capped).
