Every job carries a 15-second minimum, so very short clips cost more than their length, and human transcription at $1.99/min is available from the same account. An EU deployment in Frankfurt exists but is arranged through support rather than self-serve, unlike the EU endpoints of Deepgram or AssemblyAI.
