Serverless Observability Complete: ingest "as low as" $0.09/GB plus retention "as low as" $0.019/GB-month, so ~$0.109/GB for 30 days. These are the lowest volume-tier rates; the tier table isn't published and small volumes pay more (Elastic's own Security example starts at $0.60/GB for the first 50 GB). Logs Essentials (logs only) is as low as $0.07 + $0.017. No per-host fee: infrastructure metrics and APM traces are billed per GB ingested (Complete metrics $0.023/GB). Egress 50 GB free then $0.05/GB. EU cloud regions are available. Elastic N.V. is a Dutch company with US operational headquarters.
