S3-compatible storage from French cloud Scaleway in Paris, Amsterdam and Warsaw; requests included, low egress fee after 75 GB.
For French-hosted storage the rate is close to OVHcloud's, ~€0.00803 per GB-month on Standard One Zone, but egress is only free for the first 75 GB a month, then €0.01 per GB. Requests and ingress are included, and transfer between Paris, Amsterdam and Warsaw is free, which helps multi-region setups. Multi-AZ costs about twice One Zone, and a Glacier class at ~€0.00254 per GB-month suits cold archives if the €0.009 per GB restore fee is acceptable.
