Inside Google Cloud the storage and operation rates look much like S3's, but internet egress carries the highest list price of the three hyperscalers: $0.12 per GiB for the first 10 TiB, against $0.09 on S3 and $0.087 on Azure. Storage is $0.020 per GiB-month in Iowa or the Netherlands but $0.023 in Frankfurt, and multi-region Class A operations cost double. The Always Free allowance applies only in three US regions, and GiB billing makes per-GB figures about 7% lower.

Standard storage in a single region: $0.020/GiB-month in us-central1 (Iowa) and europe-west4 (Netherlands), $0.023 in europe-west3 (Frankfurt). Class A operations $0.005 per 1,000 ($5/M), Class B $0.0004 per 1,000 ($0.40/M) for regional buckets; multi-region Class A is double. Internet egress (Premium Tier, to worldwide destinations excluding Asia/Australia): $0.12/GiB for 0-10 TiB, $0.11 for 10-150 TiB, $0.08 above. Google bills in GiB, so per decimal GB it is about 7% cheaper than shown. Always Free quotas only apply to three US regions. The Cloud Data Processing Addendum covers all customers.
