Amazon S3
AWS's object storage, billed per GB stored, per request and per GB of internet egress, with tiered volume discounts.
Teams already on AWS keep storage on the same bill, but egress is where costs grow: $0.09 per GB to the internet after the first 100 GB, which is shared across all AWS services, against $0.023 per GB-month for storage. Requests add $5 per million writes and $0.40 per million reads. Public-facing workloads pay noticeably more here than on Cloudflare R2 or Tigris, which charge nothing for egress, and EU regions are self-serve but priced slightly higher than US East.
