OpenCage

Berlin-based forward and reverse geocoding API built on open data, with EU hosting and permanent storage of results allowed. No map tiles.

OpenCage lets you keep geocoding results permanently, including after you stop paying. It does not provide map tiles. Plans range from €45/month for 10,000 daily requests to €900 for 300,000, with soft limits based on the monthly daily average. Processing runs on Hetzner servers in Germany and Finland. The free trial is for testing only.

EUR list prices per month: X-Small €45 (10k requests/day), Small €110 (30k/day), Medium €450 (125k/day), Large €900 (300k/day), Enterprise from €1,800; converted at 1.12 USD/EUR. Limits use 30 × daily requests. Soft limits with no surge pricing (usage judged on the daily average over the month). One-time prepaid request packages valid for a year are also sold.
