Cloudflare AI Gateway
Cloudflare-hosted proxy for LLM APIs with analytics, caching, rate limiting, logging and optional unified billing.
Teams already on Cloudflare can add visibility and control over model calls without a new bill, since the core gateway features are free on every plan. Money changes hands in two places: a 5% fee on credits bought through Unified Billing, which BYOK avoids, and log storage, which follows Workers Logs pricing for newer accounts. EU residency for logs and analytics needs the Data Localization Suite, an Enterprise add-on, and unlike LiteLLM or Portkey there is no self-hosted option.

Log storage: legacy limits 100K logs total (Free) / 10M per gateway (Workers Paid) for gateways created before 2026-09-24; newer accounts follow Workers Logs pricing. Logpush on paid plans: 10M/month included, +$0.05/million. EU residency for analytics/logs via Cloudflare's Data Localization Suite (Customer Metadata Boundary), an Enterprise add-on.
